We’ve added a subtle but impactful improvement to help you stay on top of conversations.
You’ll now see a small red square with a white number indicating the count of unread messages — shown per user, channel, and conversation in the inbox.
This makes it easier to:
- Spot where replies are needed
- Balance workloads across your team
- Avoid missed messages during busy hours
Even in a high-volume inbox, you’ll have a clearer view of what needs your attention — without extra clicks.
